Are 'Service Engagements' and 'Engagement Activities' default out of the box activities?

What are the default out of the box activities??? I am unable to find a complete list when doing research, thanks!

Also, which activities specifically show in a user's queue?

    Hello,

    There is no Service Engagements and Engagement Activities in CRM, either they are custom or renamed ( you can check their name under Settings-> Customizations->Service Engagements

    Default activities include email, task, phone call, service activity, appointment, fax, etc, please check this for complete details: msdynamicscrmblog.wordpress.com/.../activity-entities-in-dynamics-crm-2013

    you will see assigned activities
