Workspace Personalization issue

Hi Experts,

I added some workspaces to Employee Self Service as an System admin user and then copied them to all users through personalization. However, when any user creates a new record in the workspace (e.g., Cash Advance), it displays the admin user (from whom the workspace was copied) instead of the actual user

I have tested by removing all the personalization and recreating by other user but it did not work for me.

Please guide to resolve the issue

Hi Qadeer,

Can you confirm if you are using Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations? If so, the personalizations from the system admin user might contain fixed values for his user account in specific queries.
