Customise the 'Customer Details' section of the Case screen

Within CRM 2011 I have managed to alter the Case creation window to include all the fields that I need. However - in the top right is the 'Customer Details' section which currently contains the customer name, company, email, mobile and business numbers. Is there a way I can alter these fields and change them to some other customer related data?I can't find it within the customise entity screen.

    It sounds like you have a view/subgrid of Contacts embedded in the form. First you would need to determine with view is being showed. Edit the form and select the grid area and do Change Properties. On the Display tab you show have an option for Default View make a note of this (or change it to a different one).

    Then go the the customization area for Contacts and under views open the view you had selected and add/remove columns as needed.

    Hi Jason - I have nothing under the change properties screen that tell me about a view. The section I am talking about is included out of the box for the version we have.

    OK - I see you are using the new process forms - I should have caught that.

    No - you aren't able to change which fields are displayed unfortunately.

    Do you know of any way at all of adding fields from contacts to the case form. I have tried every combination of relationships that I can think of but cannot get the fields I want to appear in the customisation screen of the case form. I am finding CRM so frustrating at times when it should be so much easier!! I guess that's meant to be the fun!!
