Has anyone used this product?

I will give you my completely biased opinion and tell you it is a great product. We have about a dozen clients using it. Given the fact that it is an Excel add-on makes it extremely user friendly as most folks already know Excel. You can add the data warehouse and the web portal and publisher with dashboards and a composer module and you can create whatever financial reports you need as well as automatically distribute them in a variety of ways, which includes your iPhone or Android device. Plus their support is great.

I'm trying to install it locally and the website has bad license info (won't work)
Is there any trick in getting this installed? What should be installed first? Solver's support isn't very quick to respond.
Just run the installation file and follow the prompts. It will have you set up the database connection and company connections during set up. Once done you can use the One Stop Administration to add users. Each user will need to have the product installed on their computer but have it connect to an existing data connection. You might have to allow it to run in Excel, can't remember if it was in Add-ins or the Trust center, It gets added to the tool/menu bar at the top of excel. It does take some getting use to.
Was the initial setup ever completed? It needs to create a database on your server where the license information will go plus the user security. Did you purchase BI 360 from a BI 360 partner or directly from Solver? It comes with support so you are able to call them directly and get help. We will not be able to see your keys since we are not your reseller. Solver will be able to provide that information.
I've been trying this - per their website - but the licenses that are listed on the website (for my company) give us errors. I emailed 2 people about this earlier this morning and still have not gotten a response

Do you know who your Solver representative is? I am tied up on Friday but I could help on Monday. Do you have admin rights to your computer and the server? I am on the east coast but I do work 24 x 7 so just about anytime would work. Are you launching the OSR Administration tool?
Thanks Richard. Solver has responded and the licenses that show on their website are not complete. A rep is researching (ugh)
Good, I hope they can get you the correct registration keys. Let me know if you have any questions to help get you up to speed. BI 360 is a great product but like all great programs it does not a while to get used to all the quirks.
