If I create a customize system view, or even edit an out-of-the-box view, the changes don't take effect. The only way I can get it to work is to create a brand new system view - and make sure it's exactly the way I want it the first time. This happens with all entity types - accounts, leads, campaigns, etc.
Edits such as changing the column width, or the filters, or adding columns don't publish. I've waited days, checked in other browsers, and clicked the refresh icon on the far right. Nothing.
And the changes are saved. If I go back to Customize > View and check out how the current view is supposed to look, it's showing those changes I saved earlier.
Any ideas? Thanks a bunch!

There is no publish all cusomizations option avaialble in the Customize the System panel.
Yes, View changes have to be published. In Dynamics 365 It's Settings -> Customizations -> Customize the System -> Publish all Customizations:
Since this is required it seems unnecessary to have the View icons in all entities:
I don't think the default view editing screen actually publishes changes to views after saving them.
So after modifying the view, you may need to go to settings -> customizations -> customize the system -> publish all views.
Then hit Ctrl+F5 to clear any cache, and head back to your view. It should now match your configuration.
I am experiencing the same issue. I am on the latest version of CRM Online with Click Dimensions. I've been waiting over 2 weeks now and the System View changes still wont publish. I have the same permissions as our CRM adminsitrators and we cannot find a solution.
Hello,
Looks like it is an intermittent issue, at this point I would recommend you to open up a case with the CRM Online team and they should be able to take care of it. In the meanwhile, if I hear something about this issue I will let you know.
Thanks,
Rob Moses

Thanks!
Hello,
Are you all still facing this issue, Please let me know.
Thanks,
Rob Moses
Hello,
I believe there was some issue for about 3 or 4 days but it's working fine now. If you still face issues where customizations take a lot of time to publish then I would recommend opening up a case with the support.
Thanks & Regards,
Rob Moses
I'm having a very similar problem. I edited some views this morning that took 3 hours to finally show up. I created 2 new entities over an hour ago, they aren't showing yet. Any tips?
Hey Brooke,
I have seen this a year ago in CRM Online where the customizations done gets saved but does not publish, I would request you to keep a close eye on this and let us know if you see this happening again.
Thank You.
