Hello
I have a problem to realize how it works
Some of customer's emails are not tracked
What could be the reason?

what about the "minimum number of recipients required to match" - it's 2 on your screenshots, but I'm wondering if you have two matching recipients between those emails.(maybe the first one was sent to 3 contacts, then one of them hit "reply all", but somebody else just hit "reply")

for the 2nd one the Subject are not the same and the setting say it must have 0 difference.
For the 1st I think it because you changed the recepitients and you don't have 2 matching recipients in your email compared to the previous one
What are you suggestion for those options?
