Migration from NAV 2016 (Indian localization) to Business Central On-Cloud

Hi Community members, 
 
.As I’m not very technical, I’d like to understand what pre-requisites I should take care of before starting the migration.
 
Specifically, what should I request from the client — such as server access, NAV 2016 license file, database backup, storage details, etc.? 
 
Any checklist or best practices from your experience would be really helpful.  Thanks in advance!

    Hi, This has a big prerequisite. You need to upgrade your environment to on-premises version 25 and later first.
    FAQ about migrating to Business Central online from on-premises solutions
     
    It looks like you are using NAV2016, so you need to upgrade using the following sequence. (This upgrade requires a Development License or Partner License)
