Can we use Sales Professional/Customer Service Attach Licenses in case of Business Central on premise Subscription Licenses?

    Hi Sandeep,

    Business Central Essentials and Premium licenses are qualifying base offers for Dynamics 365 Sales Professional and Dynamics 365 Customer Services Professional Attach licenses.     Hi Gerard,

    Thanks for the response. But let me explain it again. We all know that there are 3 options in BC for customers. First is that BC on Premise-Perpetual License, Second is BC on Cloud-Subscription License and Third is BC on Premise - Subscription License. So, I understand that your answer is clearly applicable to the Second option, i.e. BC on cloud - subscription.

    But does that Sales/Customer Service Attach licenses are also available for BC on Premise-Subscription Licenses is what I want to know.

    Hi Sandeep,

    Thanks for the clarification. I would recommend you refer this question to your CSP. If you are a CSP then you can seek advice from the Microsoft Dynamics Licensing team for your region.  

    On a side note, you may be interested in the Dual Use Rights option which comes with BC Cloud-Subscription Licenses (even though it is not directly relevant to your question). This option is documented in the licensing guide I sent earlier in this thread.
