I’m trying to setup Sales credit memo approval

Steps I did

1-Step User Approval setup to have User SBASKHAYROUN Approved by the User NAVC

2-User NAVC has unlimited sales approval

3-Enable Sales credit memo workflow

4-when create SCR and try to Post did not allow me which is good

5-When press on Send Approval Request , the status is released and seems the SCR has been approved automatically without login to the approver USER NAVC and approve it

I have the same question (0)

So what is the Question? On Step 5 how come without login?

Somewhere in the process did you made this user or granted additional right?

Check for some other user and see the result please.

In your Approval Workflow, first line, the Approval of a Sales document... What does the Options for the Selected Response look like?

Hi, do you want these two users to approve of each other?

First, you should check your Approve Type in Workflow Responses. It looks like you need to use Approver.

Then please delete one of Approver ID, and check Approval Administrator, try it again.
