Management Reporter was working fine. Now we are having an issue where our reports will not run when linked to an Excel Spreadsheet. Any report that has a link is not working. The error is saying the Microsoft Access driver, Microsoft Access ACE OLE DB is not registered. IT says they loaded the Microsoft Access 2010 redistributable engine however we are still getting the same error. The user has full rights to the folder where the excel files are stored so not sure what is causing the issue. How do we verify the correct Access product is loaded? I believe they also loaded 64 bit office as well on the machine.
