Reports not printing (can't find the file), print preview errors when choose printer option -

about a week ago, the reports (sales and PO reports) stopped printing. When I run a custom report - and click print - nothing happens. If I preview the report, the report appears but when I click the print icon to print hte preview - I get the error message - 'An error occurred while trying to print the report'. Same thing happens when I run a delivered report. I can send as a pdf file and eventually print it but that requires additional steps. It use to work...

any suggestions, clues to what changed?

I'm getting this message regardless of application when I run any report - custom or delivered. I'm thinking this must be related to the browser settings (Chrome) somehow. We recently completed the Windows 11 upgrade. example of the message is attached. thanks

update -- seems to be a brower issue -- reports will run and print /print preview when I'm using the EDGE browser. Not Chrome.
