Per Teddy and Katrin out-of-the-box you cannot sort the report. I would recommend voting for this feature in a future release or as Teddy mentions, you can add the customization. I will throw this out there as an option, run the report and click Print to Excel. Here you can sort the report and use it the way you would like.

You can only do this through customization. Otherwise, you can send it to excel and sort there.

The sorting can be taken care of in the layout. Create a custom report layout for the RDLC option. Within that sql report builder you can alter the sorting of a matrix or table.
