    Hi CU26071832-0,

can you be more specific on the requirement? What is your objective or what do you want to achieve? What do you exactly mean with "multiple personal devices" (do you only use Microsoft OS Windows devices or other devices with a different Operating System like iOS, iPadOS, OSX, etc../Android/Linux?)? Do you need to login with your business account into the devices Operating System or into installed applications to use them?

Basically, and on the description above, please find the following answer:
    1) Company setup and behavior is responsible of how you login into your devices or on the devices installed applications
    - If you are facing issues during the login process (on what device ever), you better should reach out to your organizations responsible department/person of how to correctly login into your devices (in case of BYOD the same counts)

    2) Personalized login setup can be set, especially when using by Design Microsoft applications
    - When using e.g. Microsoft Edge (Chromium), you can define different login settings (e.g. stay logged-in in cloud-based applications with caching/single sign-on) or synchronizations (you will see on different devices when using Microsoft Edge the same behaviors)

    3) The login behavior can even depend of the version of the operating system (e.g. Windows 10/Windows 11) such as different app versions due to different functions and features

Anyway, the first entry point when using a personal account should be "account.microsoft.com" and when using a business account "myaccount.microsoft.com" to maintain it as user/person. There you will find basic settings for the license available.

Please note, that you are acting in a business network/community and therefore just insert related questions. If you need more information, just provide more details or a screenshot.

    Rg,

    Alexander

*Due to the complex and different possibilities of deploying Dynamics 365 I highly recommend not to setup the application without some expert/partner or support. (For more information contact me under anassl@inno-solutions.info or visit www.inno-solutions.de)

    Hello @CU26071832-0,

What exactly do you want to achieve by using your Microsoft personal account on multiple devices? Are you trying to sync OneDrive files, access Outlook, use Microsoft 365 apps (like Word or Excel), or stay signed in across PCs, tablets, or phones?

You can use your Microsoft personal account on multiple personal devices - Windows PCs, Macs, tablets, or smartphones without any restriction. Simply sign in on each device using your Microsoft account to access your email, OneDrive, Office apps, Microsoft Store purchases, and settings. Microsoft automatically syncs preferences like desktop backgrounds, browser favorites, and passwords (if enabled), and your Office 365 license (if you have one) allows use on up to 5 devices simultaneously.

Hope this answer will help you!

    Regards,
    Mansi Soni

    Hello,

    Thank you for your question.

A Microsoft personal account (e.g., Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, Live.com) can be used across multiple personal devices without restrictions. This allows you to access Microsoft services such as OneDrive, Outlook, Microsoft 365, Teams, and Windows settings seamlessly across devices.

    Key Points:

    1. Sign-In Across Devices
You can sign in with the same Microsoft account on multiple Windows PCs, tablets, and mobile devices. This enables synchronization of settings, files, and preferences.

    2. OneDrive and File Sync
Files stored in OneDrive will be accessible from all devices where the account is signed in. Ensure that OneDrive is properly configured on each device to enable automatic sync.

    3. Microsoft 365 Subscription
If your account includes a Microsoft 365 subscription, you can install Office apps on multiple devices. The number of devices allowed depends on your subscription plan (e.g., Microsoft 365 Personal allows use on up to 5 devices).

    4. Security Considerations
For security, it is recommended to enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) and regularly review account activity via the Microsoft account portal.

    5. Device Management
You can manage all connected devices by visiting account.microsoft.com/devices, where you can view, remove, or locate devices linked to your account.

If this response addresses your question, please consider marking it as accepted so it may assist others with similar inquiries.

    Best regards.
