Received this error,

Have already exported and uploaded the ETF file and processed the payment.

Now I cant post the payment journal

Hi,

You need to Export the Payment EFT File first prior to posting Payment Journal. It will be mandatory as you probably have selected electronic payment mode.

You can void the Payment and then try again.

ive exported the payment EFT and am now trying to post the Payment Journal.

then i get the above error

Hi,

You can Void the Payment and try again.

Or you will need to manually modify the record through Configuration Package by using table 81 Gen Journal Line as the table.
