Hi all,

Will the "Parent: Business Unit" level works on the records which belong to the user who is in the child-child BU of the Parent Business Unit?

    Hi Niheel,

Yes, it works even for multi-level child business units.

For example, A user called Jeff belongs to Root Business Unit and a security role is assigned to him which has the Read privilege to a custom entity in Deep level.

There are two Business Units, BU 02 and BU 03, whose relationship is Root Business Unit - BU 02 - BU 03.

Create a record of the custom entity and assign it the team which is the system administrator of BU 03.

When the user Jeff log in the system and check the record, this record is readable but read-only to him.
