Printing Orientation Issue

Hello all I work in IT and one of my users is having an issue with printing orientation in GP 2016 R2. He uses it to print cheques via a bypass tray and no matter what setting it is set to it prints in landscape format. I figured it was a driver issue and have tried multiple older and newer drivers with no luck. Has anyone else experienced this before?

    Another thing, if you are using the Dynamics Report Writer version of the checks, launch report writer and open your report. In the lower left-hand corner of the window there is a radio button that will let you override the printer settings to always print landscape or portrait. Has somebody changed this setting?

    Check to see if your system has Named Printers configured.

    Are you using a third party product like MICR to print your checks, or are you using native GP?
