Can't connect to Plugin Registration Tool MFA issue

Getting error while connecting to plugin registration tool. But, can connect using Xrm tool.

"error":"interaction_required","error_description":"AADSTS50076: Due to a configuration change made by your administrator, or because you moved to a new location, you must use multi-factor authentication to access '00000007-0000-0000-c000-000000000000'.

You must delete the connection towards the environment and re-add it again.
When connecting to the environment, you must provide username (and password if applicable) and confirm via MFA.

Your organization enabled Conditional Access or MFA policies in Entra ID, and the connection method used by the Plugin Registration Tool is:

Office365 authentication

This legacy authentication type cannot complete MFA.

Recommended Solutions

Use the Latest Plugin Registration Tool (Best Fix)

Download the latest version from Microsoft Power Platform Tools.

Newer versions support modern authentication (OAuth).

Steps:

Open Plugin Registration Tool

Create a new connection

Select:

OAuth

or

Login with Microsoft

Instead of:

Office365

This allows MFA to complete.
