Hi:

Without having to use the Word Template Wizard or any wizard, how do you have Business Central pull in e-mails into Interactions for Contacts?

Thanks!

John

    Hi

Have you look into Email Logging

Actually, I'm referring to the Interactions window of the CRM piece of Business Central.

There, you can create an e-mail based template.

The issue I see is that we need to pull in multiple e-mail conversations from Outlook into these interactions rather than the same template for each interaction.

    Hi John

I have tried many solutions with that and had no success. The recommendation was to either opt for more powerful CRM or be creative with  E-mail logging or development.

We are using Sharepoint Connector app. We added that app to contact page and we do drag and drop emails. this way we save emails. But still it is a manual process.
