Hi Community,

[Edited]

My user accidentally sort out the items with their comments.

Every item should have a comments below that item.

How do I rearrange line items such that my Item B is above Test comment 1 in Purchase Order in Navision 2018?

    Hi Josh,

This only occurs with my comments, I just need it to be below the 2nd item as it was accidentally sorted.

So it seems to me that there is no where to sort it back.

I can only copy the lines and delete the extra lines, or otherwise, I will have to recreate the PO so that I can get the sorting base on what I initially intended.

For the page tap on the “type” column. The page itself is geared towards sorting on “Line No.” which isn’t visible as standard. Therefore the order in which you input data is key.

If the comments are general for the whole order. Maybe use the “Work Description” if that exists on POs in this version.

If you need the print out/pdf of the PO to be ordered differently then do this with a custom report layout
