RFQ and complete questionnaire

Hi All,

Env : 10.0.12 update 36

I'm trying to fill in answers to a questionnaire related to a request for quotation (RFQ).

Opening the questionnaires tab from the header view of the request for quotation, I can only see the "View answers" button. it seems the "Complete questionnaire" button has been removed.

do you meet the same ?

Hi Eric Fresneau,

In my standard enviornment i can also see Add/Remove/View questions buttons and that's okay because you will submit RFQ and its questionnaire that will appear on all RFQ replies and all respective vendors has to put their response accordingly.

Hi Junaid,

Correct but we aren't talking about the same form. Your screenshot comes from the Request for quotation case. Here I'm talking about the request for quotation itself (header view) ; you can see tabs Purchase quotation header, Quotation, Bid scoring and ... Questionnaires.

In this tab, I can see only one button named "View answers" and let's assume I miss the "Complete questionnaire" button.

That's my point.

Hello Eric,

"Complete questionnaire" button is available when you click on "Edit RFQ reply" to allow the vendor adding their answers while replying.

Regarding to the main form , I have checked 10.0.11 but it does not contain "Complete questionnaire" button

So it remains something strange if you confirm field is not there ... is it a bug or a change of the functionality we need to understand... ?

The Complete questionnaire button is visible or invisible depending on the status of the RFQ and also the reply. What is the current status of your RFQ?

Hi Eric,

We add Questionnaires on RFQ case for the vendor to complete so i Don't think complete questionnaire button will be available on RFQ case screen but it will be only available for respective vendors when they are replying back against their Bid so it's not a bug but standard functionality. If you also check external vendor collaboration portal questionnaire section, you will see the same.

Can you please share any screen shot from oldest version where you have seen this complete questionnaire button on RFQ case screen.

In addition to that please also check the status of RFQ case as Andre suggested.
