Unable to track an E-Mail in CRM unknown Error

I''ve tried to track an E-Mail into CRM and all i get is an unknown error. I did a couple of tests and the only difference beside the E-Mail address is the header. I need help on how to get that E_mail tracked in CRM (I've changed the email address but kept the length)

the adress used is abc@abcdefghijklmno.com

    Hello Jimmy,

    Unfortunately, due to the nature and complexity of this issue  and the complexity of tracking an email via the Outlook Client/E-mail Router we are unable to assist with this request effectively in the Forums. I would like to suggest the following resources to assist:

    *  Submit a support incident so that we can work directly with you to determine why your E-mails are not being tracked in CRM.

    maybe the error is caused by an email which is S/MIME signed. We have this issue and I submit today a support incident for clarification.
