Like you know, opportunities can be close as "Won" or "Lose" ...and when it's close as "Lose" we can defined by default "Canceled or Out-Stock". My dudes are:
1) How I can change these options? Because I've search the field in the entity "Consolidated Fields" and I can't change nothing.... The reason is that we need set with "Lost or Abandon"
2) We want makes specials views, so we'll do (a) View to Open Opportunities to look Actual Active Stage (b) View to Close "Won" Opportunities (c) View to Close "Lost or Abandon" Opportunities. But we look that when we're making theses view we don't see the record option "Entity: Close Oportunity" to use fields like "Status Code" or "Reasons", so the (2) quote is: "How I can use field from entities that we can't select?
3) According with (2) where the main user (Ex: The Leader of a Sales Deparment) can find the "reasons" of closes opportunities?
Right now I'll add somes photos to guide you:

In Opportunity Entity I can't find any field like "Status Code" and in "Document Types" I can't see Entity: Close Oportunity, because we want view to Close "Lose" opportunity by "Lost" and by "Abandon". So where I can find them?

By Default View "Lose" it has all Close Opportunity, but we can't make the (2) option (To know what are close by "Lost" or "Abandon"), but anyway ....If we enter in any record, we don't see nothing more that the same opportunity as close... I mean, we still without know if it's "Canceled" or "Out-Stock" or the "Reason and Dresciption for Lose"... So How I can know that?
