email problem

always i have a problem when  i will send email or receive :

    source of problem: service "Microsoft Email Router" down, restart or install email router manager from scratch.

    Hi Ammar,

    It seems setup mismatching. Once again check your email router configuration.

    Check Incoming direction also.
