I've seen a response to this for older versions of Dynamics GP, but not for our version. The user gets this message when trying to look at the error log in Integration Manager, We are using Dynamics GP 2016 and Office 2016 Standard. We have the Access runtime 2016 installed on this PC also. What else do we need to fix this?

I have the same question (0)Hello Marsha,
I actually had a VM where I could re-create this error when doing the same View > Integration Log steps.
I downloaded and ran the Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 that you mentioned, then launched Integration Manager again, which gave me the same error.
What I found is that installing these two items as per KB 2428506 didn't resolve the error.
support.microsoft.com/.../2428506
I tried running a repair and giving my user Full Control of the IM directory and even using the 'Run As Administrator' but still got the error.
I tried reinstalling Integration Manager but that didn't resolve the error, so I uninstalled ALL Report Viewer Distributable that I had installed on the server, as well as the MS Office Access Database Engine 2007.
Then, as per KB 2428506, I installed the 'Microsoft Report Viewer Redistributable 2008' from this link:
www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx
I still got the same error, so then I installed the '2007 Office System Driver: Data Connectivity Components' from this link:
www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx
Once I did that, I was able to launch Integration Manager for Dynamics GP 2015 and click on View > Integration Log without any error at all.
My thinking is that you may need to do the same steps I mentioned here:
>>Uninstall all Report Viewer Distributable installs from the server.
>>Uninstall the MS Office Access Database Engine 2007
>>Use KB 2428506 to install both the Microsoft Report Viewer Redistributable 2008 and 2007 Office System Driver: Data Connectivity Components again, then launch Integration Manager and see if that resolves this error on your environment.
If the error still remains, uninstall all of these again as well as Integration Manager, then reinstall Integration Manager as well as these two features as per the KB article again, to see if that resolves the error or not.
Please look over the information above and let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you,
