Created Sandbox automatically removed after creation on Business Central On Cloud

Hi,

I have used Business Central on Cloud for about two years now. I never have problem on Sandbox creation as i created multiple sandboxes for testing purpose.

Recently when i create a new Sandbox by copying environment from the Production, it will appear as 'Preparing' in environment lists, however after a few minutes, it will be removed automatically from environment list.

What caused this issue ?

For your information this is the 3rd sandbox that i tried to create, and the version of the production i tried to copy from is this version : 18.1.24822.24906.

    Did you check Capacity in Admin Center. You can create a Support case also from Admin center for this issue

    Thanks for speedy reply.

    The capacity is not issue, the limit is 80 gb on database and 40 gb on file. i barely used 1/8 of that provided capacity for my production and my other two sandboxes.

    Hello,

    Feel free to raise a support ticket so we can address the issue. Most likely there is a stuck one not progressing that we will have to remove manually so you can continue creating a new one.
