Compare data between CRM and database

Hi All,

we have integration between CRM and SQL database, we have migrated data using SSIS packages and data synchronization is through power automate flows. I have below two issues:

  • sometimes the on-premises gateway is offline, flows stop running and the data is not in sync. can a notification be triggered if gateway is offline.
  • are there any tools to compare the data between the CRM and SQL database, just to check if all data is synchronized correctly.

All possible solutions are welcome, please provide detailed steps as I am dynamics newbie.

    Hi Persis,

    We have created multiple SSIS Packages and KingswaySoft or CData to synchronize data.

    Here's the links about how to use KingswaySoft CRM Connector (or other product) to synchronized data:

    After using that, you will be able to populate the data into CRM and schedule when the SSIS package would run.
