new user reports not populating

I have a new user who is trying to run reports and a new window pops up in internet explorer but no data appears. I have checked to make sure that her permissions are the same as mine and cannot figure out why the reports do not appear, just a blank window.

We had a problem with that as well. Our issue was that IE security was not set to connect to the domain properly so it wouldn't even pop-up requesting user name and password. It had to do with passing windows credentials through IE. That could be the same issue you are seeing.

Can you provide a little more detail on this? Are you trying to run MR reports or are these SSRS items? If these are SSRS objects can the user run the reports from the reporting server directly?
