I have an customer with a Citrix environment and Dynamics 365 v9, and they have to sign in to with the Dynamics 365 App every day. Is there a known location where the app stores the user credentials so that we can eliminate this? Or is this a IE trusted sites/intranet site issue? 

The customer is set up with a SSO with ADFS from AD to Office 365 - which works like a charm.
