There are templates for automated Flow such as "Complete Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations workflow work items" available but they get triggered when a business event occurs from within Dynamics fin ops.

Present scenario: I have listed workflow workitems (items assigned to current user) from a Dynamics365 entity in my App(powerapps canvas) and need to trigger the manual flow on button OnSelect.

I want to use manually triggered flow with "PowerApps (V2)" trigger to call my flow from within Powerapps. Please list down flow actions by which: I can get all business events and update the record for the action taken (approve / reject) on button press in Powerapps.

Try to put HTTP request at the first step as a trigger. But in my view you should understand the requirement again as business event are meant to use a trigger whech specified business event happens in FnO. if you want it manually than use HTTPS and call Odata action in next step than a Business event.
