Matching problem

After I have posted the receipt no. at "Receivings Transaction Entry", I go to do "Matching", but I can't found the PO no. and the receipt no. has been marked for posting. How to solve it?

    Did you pot the receiving individually or in a batch?? An action can be taken accordingly.

    When I go to "Receivings Transaction Entry", I enter the receipt no., it pop up "This transaction has been assigned to a batch that has been marked for posting. You can't edit it." Does it means post in a batch?

    Yes your document is a part of batch which is marked for posting.Below given is the SQL command to release your batch for editing, replace RCT-NUMBER your receipt document number in the batch and execute it in you company database.

     

    UPDATE    SY00500
    SET              MKDTOPST = 0
    WHERE     (BACHNUMB IN
                              (SELECT     BACHNUMB
                                FROM          POP10300
                                WHERE      (POPRCTNM = 'RCT-NUMBER')))

     After I finished editing the batch can I just post it, and to do matching again?

    Execution of query will release your batch for editing,You`ll have to post it then it`ll be available for matching.
