Disabling option to choose different report layouts at request page

We have a custom report layout for a given DocType (e.g., sales orders) that we want our users to rely on. However, our users are getting confused with the optionality to choose b/w the custom report layout that we created and the default ones which were already present. Is there any way to fix the report layout to our custom schema at the request page and disable the optionality for a user to select the default one?
