I am trying to copy the item No from excel, word or google etc etc and paste in sales line (No) and item lookup dont work. When I put the item no manualy the item loopkup work. Can you help me please ?

Then create a sales order and do the same steps.

I sing out and sing in again and it's the same thing, lookup don't work. Look like a BC bug.
Is it working on sandbox?
You can make a copy of production in the sandbox also and test it
No, don't work.
But there is something strange, in sales header the lookup work if I copy&paste something in all areas for example customer name/cod etc ect. This lookup problem is only in line.
Do you have any extension installed?
Yes I have.
Can you uninstall that extension and then try to sign out and sign in again and do the same steps?
I uninstall the extension,sing out and sing in again and it's the same thing, lookup don't work.

when I copy from excel and paste the lookup dont work, when I write the item no manually the lookup is ok.
