Dynamics 365 for golf academy

I run a busy golf academy and I am looking to streamline our customer management processes. Currently we use excel spreadsheets for our client databases and all of our customer calls and management is done manually which is inefficient and time consuming. I don't know where to start in terms of what programmes/apps to use to help automate our customer interactions and lead management. Any advice would be most appreciated.

Hi,

I would suggest you find a local partner who can analyze your exact processes and recommend what and how to implement them. As a volunteer on this forum, I'm not aware of possible golf academy-specific requirements.
