Recommended size for transaction logs (GP and company)

Our current backup model has us doing a full backup of GP and company db's at midnight each night and transaction logs every 30 minutes to a local server.

In order to better protect us from catastrophic events we are also using Azure. My challenge is the transaction log for both is 1.3 GB but is 94% empty. I want to shrink both down to a more friendly size that is more cost effective to send to our Azure account.

Is there a recommended minimum size for the transaction logs. Currently we do an average of 350 transactions a day in our company file.

I know how to shrink it, I just don't know what size I should shrink it to.
