Hi All,

I am trying to use quick create forms for creating activities on cases but I don't see some fields like CREATEDON, STATUS, CREATED BY fields in the list to add fields on the form.

Is there any way we can add these fields to the quick create form?

I have the same question (1)

    Hello Ship,

I take a look at a trial environment and on the quick create forms, the fields are not available, so this seems to be expected behavior.

Can i ask you why you want to have these fields on the quick create?

I'm with Vitor, I'm really curious as to why you need those fields in a Quick Create scenario?

Created On and Created By are automatically set by the system when saving the record for the first time.

Status is by default active when creating a record.

Are there specific business requirements you're trying to cover?

I can't speak for OP, but I'm currently looking to add created on to a quick create form for the use case of triggering a business rule that checks for a draft status (created on is null). Documentation notes:

the rule will be applied to all the Main forms and the Quick Create form, as long as the form includes all the fields referenced by the rule.
For others in a similar boat, my workaround was making the business rule just apply to quick creates.

    Edit:
I now see that you can't apply a business rule only to quick create forms. As a workaround I'm using a conditional check on my auto-number name field which gets populated after creation. I've added it to the form and marked it hidden
