I created a booking setup with an agreement of 730 days. I had set the recurrence pattern on 3 Monthly basis. Now I have the complete booking Schedule dates in a sub-grid. I set Work orders to be generated in 35 days advance to a booking date.
My first booking date is 23/09/2017. We would assume that the Work order for the Booking date 23/09/2017 would be auto generated on 20/08/2017, but Work order did not get automatically generate for the Booking Date 23/09/2017.
Please anyone can help on this.
Note: Once we update “Auto Generate Work Order” to “No” save the Booking Setup record, after this we would update the same Booking Setup Record and set the “Auto generate Work Order” to “Yes” the System Workflow gets triggered and generate work order for this date.
But for the next Booking Date record the System Workflow doesn’t trigger automatically.
