I do not know why but when I open the web client portal, I do not get the website, instead, I am getting the following, any idea why I am not getting the portal

I found the issue, it was the IIS world wide web setup under windwos feature
Check out this link. I was experiencing same and it helped resolve my issue. The add roles/features section is where I found the solution:
