    Hi fordersheng@hotmail.com,

Based on your error message, it seems that the plugin is timeout. Did you try to add this entity to your sitemap of the app, still get this error?

I just added it. It display:

    No data available.

This is first time for us to use it and we have 60,000 users in Azure AD.

    Thanks

    Frank

    Hi fordersheng@hotmail.com,

The count of AAD User could be the reason why the plugin is timeout. However, I did find any way to solve this. You would better raise a ticket to consult Microsoft.

    Hi Frank,

Could you confirm for me if the signed in credentials have read permissions on the Azure Active Directory itself? You may also want to check the AADUser virtual table to ensure the signed in credentials are in a role that has read access.

Yes. One of our developer did have and he can use it in Canvas app to pull information from AAD server. But, if we go into the tables design view, it always show error. and this AAD user table cannot be used in Model-driven app as it is empty.
