I am seeking guidance on importing serial items as part of our opening stock balances. While I have successfully imported regular items using item journals, I am encountering challenges with serial items. Any assistance or direction you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
I am able to import the serials using the items tracking 336 table and it assigns it correctly to the line but when posting serial it says as below.
I am using the attached to import.
checking the lines it shows correct as below.
If I remove this line and add the serial line manually it works but not via import. I can confirm from the file attached, the line is 10000
