Hello,
Is there any way to create web service automatically through API in c#?
I don't want to use business central module to add new web service using frontend?
I don't believe there is an API available yet for that purpose, you might expose the web service page 810 itself as SOAP service and use that for creating additional services.

I have added page 810 and able to retrive all web services though api call, but not able to create other sevice.
I am not exactlly getting how I can use that url for creating additional services.
If you want to automatically publish a web service during an extension installation, the recommended approach is to use the XML definition like describe in this my old post:
