I think you need to give us more  detail about this error.

    What CRM version ?

    Try to use Fiddler http://www.telerik.com/fiddler

It can help you to see if it is CRM or ADFS url that gives this error

Typically you will need to register a pubic IP address for this host name, pointing at the outside of your firewall, correctly configured to redirect that internally.

Also publish the same host name on your internal DNS servers pointing to the correct internal IP address, if you need to use IFD from your internal network (eg tablet clients on in-house wireless).

I have often see that people cannot test internal services from the LAN when using external IP address resolution - the traffic gets directed from inside to outside, and many firewalls are not clever enough or configured correctly to see that you are trying to get to the external interface and therefore "reflect" the traffic back in on itself.

    Thank you all for answer.

@Ragnar: I am using CRM 2015 and completed ADFS installation before move ahead for IFD. I tried to browse my Federation URL. When I browse URL it display Page Can't be displayed.

@Adam: I checked my DNS Server configuration. All good with it.

When I tried to browse my VM cloud Service It displayed me ERROR Message: Network Access Message: The page cannot be displayed .

Please help me to resolve the Issue.
