Customers not receiving Emails sent by Business Central

Hi there,

A lot of our customers are saying that they are not receiving their Invoices (sent from BC & Outlook). Outlook is saying sent and our IT team are positive that the email has left

our servers. We have tried to tell our customers to white-list but that shouldnt be needed as the customer has received emails form a sales person with the same email address before.

Is this something internally from our end that is creating this?

    Hi, Can these emails be found on the Sent Email page?

    If there is one in the Sent Email, it means that it has been sent successfully, and it may be a problem with the email policy.
    If not, you can check the Email Outbox for error messages.

    Customers not receiving Emails sent by Business Central
    Hi there
     
    We have exactly the same problem. And it is only with some of our customers, mostly the bigger companies which have a separate no-reply email account only for incomming invoices.
     
    The BC log is telling us the email is sent, and i can also see the sent email in Outlook, but the customer did not receive anything.
     
    I have tried to move the web link "www.rimboel.dk" from the report, because one of the customers tell us the link is not secured (http) insted of (https), but it did not solve the problem.
     
    Any ideas to solve it?
