How to show records associated with logged in user and records associated with Account to which logged in user added .

Hello ,

I have created a custom entity e.g. supportCase . I need to show support cases of only logged in users and support cases of Company/Account to which logged in user is added onto Dynamic 365 Portal  . Can anyone suggest any good article ? Any type of help will be appreciable .

    Hi,

    You can do it by creating two entity permissions

    1)Create entity permission for your entity with scope contact

    2)Create entity permission for your entity with account scope.

    Add these two permissions to a web role and assign the web role to contact.
