is it possible to create a rollup field that sums other field type rollups?

Hi Steve,
You can't roll up a rollup field and it's not available as a workflow trigger. You could use a plugin to calculate one of the rollup fields and roll that up. There's another workaround too:
Let's say you have Order, Contact and Account.
Order has a total amount and a lookup to Contact
Contact has a rollup and a lookup to Account
Account you want a rollup of the contact orders
What you could do is add a new relationship between Order and Account, Contact's Parent. When the contact is set on the order, has a workflow set the Contact's Parent lookup. Then you can set you rollup on the Account and look for all orders where the Account is set as the Contact's Parent. It's a little round-about and the data could get out of sync a little, but it's going to be the easiest way to do it out of the box.
Hope this helps! I'd appreciate if you'd mark this as a Verified answer.
Thanks,
Aiden
Thanks Aiden, can you recommend a particular plugin?
I didn't have anything particular in mind, just a simple plugin that you'd write to roll up the data yourself. In the example I gave, it would be a plugin on that Order that updates the Contact field "Order Totals" when the order is created or updated. Then the account could rollup your Order Totals field.
