Dynamics 365 Business Central -> App Launcher -> Power Apps -> Settings -> Admin Center -> Power Platform Admin Center -> Environments -> Customer Service Trial -> Environment url -> click on url and open app -> Omnichannel Admin Center is available.
I have purchased license for Dynamics 365 Customer Service Enterprise and Dynamics 365 Customer Service Chat. In my environment i.e. Dynamics 365 Business Central -> App Launcher -> Power Apps -> Settings -> Admin Center -> Power Platform Admin Center -> Environments -> Production -> Environment url -> click on url and open app -> Omnichannel Admin Center is un available. Even Customer Service Admin Center or Customer service hub is also un available.
Please help for What to do ? Or any other add on requires ? or What is wrong?
