Linked Chase Bank account via Yodilee not showing up in bank account ledger

I set up our bank account in Business Central, linked it via Yodilee Bank Feed, and then turned on Automatic Bank Statement Import, but still am not seeing the accuate account balance in the bank account card in business central nor am I seeing any of the bank activity reflected in the bank account ledger. Is there a step I am missing? Do I need to set up a Bank Statement Import Format?

Nick,

Without knowing all the steps you did I am attaching my How to Setup Yodlee handout. Look it over. You can unlink the Account and start over. Try this out and ping back if you need more help.

We would more than likely have to open a support ticket with Yodlee to investigate this issue. I would recommend opening a ticket with Business Central, so we can create a ticket for Yodlee.
