I have a social pane on lead entity form and i want to add a custom tab that will show a checklist of activities to be done.Can we add a custom tab to social pane so that we can achieve this functionality?

No, it's not possible to add custom tabs to the social pane

That means OOB the five tabs that are available we can use only them?
