Unable to create any policy using Web service

Hi,

I am unable to create any policy using GP webservice. I can create the policies using GP UI (dynamics.exe) but doesnt work with Webservice. Webservice is installed and works fine.

Attached are the screenshots which I get while trying to create a policy using Webservice.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Abhishek,

    Can you try sample code from microsoft website? Goto msdn.microsoft.com/.../cc508425.aspx try this and let me know if it work or not?

    Please paste your code too.

    I am having the same issue. policy is not creating and I am using sample lead project.

    Hello AXblues,

    Do you only get this 'unhandled system exception' message when trying to create a policy or do you see it in the Dynamics Security Console at all, including when simply clicking on the 'Policy' node?

    Have you tried stopping and restarting the Microsoft Dynamics GP Service Host service as well as running a Repair for Web Services?

    I happened to get this error then after fixing web services url and some other things it went and I was getting 'Policy object not found' now I am trying to create the policy by running the sample project InstallLeadSecurityMetadata and InstallLeadPolicyMetadata.

    Yes I restarted the web services .

    I am having a list of policies when clicking the Policy node.

    I am following steps mentioned in below site
