Hi Expert,

My client is requesting to remove the article button in email body ribbon, any ideas how to achieve it ?

    Hi,

    By Removing the Read Privilege from Article will achieve what you wanted. You can refer to below post.

    Hi Alex,

    Thanks for the suggestion, i will talk to my client first, as with the recommendation , users are not able to use article anymore.
