"System" User

dear all

i do have some cases where they are resolved by normal users, but in "Activities" , the action is under the name of "System", how is this possible and how to prevent it although i am not using user impersonation?

    Dear Ahmad ,

    I believe you have workflow running on case status changed or update of incident .If you have  real-time workflows you can find the  Execute As option  where you need to apply user who made changes to the record.(Make your workflow as real time and execute as -"The user who made change to the record".)

    but i have checked the WF, the option is set to "The user who made changes to the record" , in addition, this is only happening for few records only. i cant find the pattern.

    Okay so is this happening always ?

    Are you checking old record which has already resolved?

    Try to resolve another case and check.

    Hi Ahmad,

    Check all of these and see if the text is mentioned as Done in all? If yes then it is most likely be some workflow causing this.

    yes all of these cases (they are few already) are with the word DONE. 

    but there is no workflow to do this. even i know nothing about this feature (impersonation) to use it :)
